From £12.75ph – weekends included & flexible working hours available!

We are offering the opportunity for you to join our team for an exciting season at the Duver Café, Bembridge Harbour! Our 2026 season will commence from early March.

We are expanding our business and are excited to add to our team for the new season to help us continue to deliver the best customer experience possible to our guests!  

Positions available: Café Team Leader, Café Team Member, Bar Team Leader & Bar Team Member 

Hours: Part-time/Full-time hours including weekends – Flexible working hours available 

Rate of pay: From £12.75ph plus 50% discount on our FULL menu (when on duty)

Experience: Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided  

Transport: Your own transport will be required – most shifts likely to start at 8am for the café team and 11:30am for the bar team – PO33 1YB 

We are looking for team members to perform a variety of tasks to fit the needs of our business, including but not limited to:  

- food preparation 

- drink/cocktail preparation 

- customer service 

- maintaining high standards of cleanliness 

- stock replenishment 

- preparing ice cream 

These are seasonal positions, which will conclude in October 2026.
